Job Overview
Carter Automotive of Forney is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician
who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and wants a
stable, weekday-only schedule.


As an Automotive Technician, you will work on a wide variety of vehicles while
delivering dependable, high-quality service to our customers. We are looking for professionals
who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to doing the job right the first time.


Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance services, including inspections and preventative
maintenance
Accurately document repairs and recommendations
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Provide professional, customer-focused service


Qualifications
Automotive repair and maintenance experience required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong work ethic and reliability
ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
